What are balance bikes?
Balance bikes are a great way for kids to learn how to ride a bike. They are lightweight bikes with no pedals, which help children to learn to balance and steer the bike.
How do balance bikes help children learn to ride?
Essentially, balance bikes work by teaching your child's muscles, and muscle memory, to be able to balance effectively on their bike. They're much lighter than stabilisers and which is perfect for when your little one is getting tired (and we know they will!) and needs you to carry the bike back home for them.
Do I need any tools to assemble the Be Fun One Balance bike?
No, the Be Fun Wheels bike does not require assembly. It comes pre-assembled and ready to ride. All you need to do is adjust the handlebar and saddle to the desired height.
What ages are Balance bikes suitable for?
The suggested age range for the Be Fun One is between 2 to 5 years, however once little one is walking, they are ready for a Balance Bike. The adjustable handlebar and saddle make the bike easy to customize for any rider
Where can we buy?
To enable us to offer the best service to our customers, from launch we are only selling direct through our website and social media channels. If you see the bikes for sale elsewhere, beware they could be imitations.
Does Be Fun Wheels offer any warranties on their balance bikes?
Yes, Be Fun Wheels offers a one-year warranty on all of our balance bikes. This covers any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise from normal use.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
What about returns?
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased
